St. Bartholomew is blessed to have a large number of volunteers who take communion to the homebound or those in the hospital. If you would like to be added to our list, please contact Kathy in the Adult Faith Formation Office. We will help match a minister who will visit weekly in your home.
Also, if you are hospitalized, please contact the parish office and let us know that you have been admitted.
